Noah's on the Beach:

Staying on campus at the University

The University of Newcastle provides approximately 1000 beds in three colleges and a motel standard residence (Barahineban) located on the south eastern corner of the Callaghan campus. Prices are between $80 for the first night and $72 per night after that. Barahineban is self-contained and therefore has a kitchenette, private bathroom, TV, VCR, phone and computer/internet access points.

Delegates should note that there will be no catering available in the residences at the time of the Conference, as it will be University holidays. However, you can be supplied with a breakfast pack to your room should that be required. Restaurant options around the University are somewhat limited: there is Halls Haven Hotel Bistro, Pizza Hut or other takeaway about 1.5 km away on Newcastle Road at Jesmond Shopping Mall.
