  • Abstracts for the non-refereed stream should be submitted by September 29, 2008.
  • As the proceedings will be distributed at the Conference, draft refereed papers must be submitted by October 13, 2008 and non-refereed papers must be submitted by November 28, 2008.
  • Refereeing will take place between October 13 and November 10, 2008.
  • Authors should note that the paper may be rejected from the refereed volume at the refereeing stage.
  • Refereed papers will be returned to authors for final editing on November 11, 2008 or before as the referees comments come back.
