government doesn't have a financing constraint and general discussion followed.

presentation was based on earlier

Non-linearity in unemployment and demand side policy for Australia, Japan and the US
- Policy Forum - The four paper presenters were each
asked to provide a concise (5-minute) summary of the implications for policies to solve
unemployment that arise from their papers. A wide ranging open discussion followed.
